A bit about me
I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, CrossFit level 1 coach and CrossFit specialist weightlifting coach. I offer personal training and functional fitness coaching across the Huddersfield and Halifax areas.
I am passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. My training method is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles.
I provide strength and conditioning coaching across all ages and abilities, specialising in personal training and technique coaching. I also provide specialist Olympic weightlifting coaching and tailored CrossFit competition preparation.
I am passionate about providing my clients with tailored training programmes to help you progress and achieve your own individual fitness goals.

"I have just completed leanin18 with Vicki and Rachel. It was brilliant - a followable nutrition plan that was great for someone like me who loves food and eating out! The PT sessions were fantastic too a strength session and a more cardio session which meant my fitness and strength improved tremendously meaning I can now deadlift over 100kg with correct technique. My results spoke for the dedication of Vicki and Rachel as I lost 6% body fat and 11.5 inches. 3.5 inches off my waist which as a 43 year old mother of two is difficult to do. I am fitter now at 43 than I was in my teens and also my body image has increased greatly - what I once saw as thunder thighs I now see as a benefit to lifting weights and that above all is a real mental change for me as well as the more obvious physical ones.
